Delivery
Picture frames are dispatched directly from our factory Ramex a.s. in SK-905 01 Senica on FCA basis. The minimum ordering quantity is 1 pallet. A full truckload contains 32 - 33 non-stackable or 64 - 66 stackable pallets (EUR or standard). Smaller photo frames can be dispatched also in 1/2-palletboxes. It is also possible to ensure a Slovak forwarding agent.
Delivery time
Frames are dispathced approximately 3 weeks after you provide us with final order specification details. When ordering frames with special specification, this period can be longer. By agreement it is of course possible to dispatch goods promptly, approximately in 10 - 14 days.
Pallets
Export pallet-boxes put on wooden 1/1 EUR or standard pallets (surface 80x120 cm) with individually loaded frames are used. Pallets can be stackable (stiffened with wood so that another pallet can be put upon it; height about 115 cm), or non stackable (aslo 1-pallets with surface of 60x80 cm; it is no more possible to put a pallet upon non stackable pallets; these can be higher). Maximum height of 2 pallets stacked on each other is 2,6 m.
Inner-boxes
If required, frames may be packed in inner-boxes. Depending on frame size and type we offer several inner-boxes containing x pcs of frames. By inquiry, it is also possible to use your own inner-boxes or to have them made.
Size range
We provide you with a full range of standard sizes. All details in the charts are always stated in cm. By inquiry and agreement also other formats are of course possible.
Glass
For our picture frames we use 2 mm clear shett glass, 2mm non-glare glass or 1mm thick acrylic glass. For clip frames only glass with polished edges will be provided.
Backing board
Usually MDF board with thickness 2.5 mm is used. Photo frames delivered also with MDF-backing board with MDF-easel, or by using one of cardboards (KZD, KZB).
Face paper
Our customers prefer putting their own face papers, posters and photographs or ones of their customers in the picture frames. Deliver these directly to our factory Ramex a.s. in SK-905 01 Senica, or we can have them made for you by a Slovak printing comany. Inserting your own face papers in frames as well as stocking them all year round at our facilities will mean no extra charge for you. Alternatively, we can provide you with our neutral face paper ST001 red-white or ST002 Colour blue.
